Expanding the list of parameters

See the categorization of DICOM parameters as given in BIDS Specification.

1. Try to add these parameters to MRdataset
2. Categorize parameters w.r.t. the subsections highlighted on the page.
3. In addition, categorize each parameter as required / recommended / optional

MRI acquisition parameters are divided into several categories based on "A checklist for fMRI acquisition methods reporting in the literature" (article) by Ben Inglis.
The acquisition reporting checklist is also included in OHBM COBIDAS report
