Add support for Couchdb Authentication #42
Description
Add support for couchdb basic authentication which is desirable for applications that need to more securely access the database remotely. I am working on one such application which is integrating Alexa with the Food Computer.
At some point SSL should also be enabled in couchdb.
I realize that openag_python is being deprecated, so this change will need to be applied to https://github.com/OpenAgInitiative/openag_brain/blob/develop/src/openag_lib/db_bootstrap/db_init.py.
