Consider using VocBench for editing #29

Description

@Ostrzyciel

I haven't yet read too much about VocBench, but it seems to be a reasonably flexible editor for taxonomies and ontologies: https://www.semantic-web-journal.net/content/vocbench-3-collaborative-semantic-web-editor-ontologies-thesauri-and-lexicons-1

It's used for sure with EuroVoc (~7k concepts), which is in the right ballpark of size that we need.

Question is whether it would cover the workflows we have in OpenCS and the format for storing the concepts. The format can be changed, of course, but that would have to be carefully considered.

Would this enable online editing for anyone, without the need to use git or messing with Turtle files? That would be awesome, but we would need to host it somewhere – what would be the requirements?
