Expose $match in TBv3 spotlight for compatible repo versions

In TBv3 when looking at a specific repo version, add in searchlight the option to use any available/compatible match algorithms in the dropdown (still with one click)? Imagine a new option here: “Match CIEL V2025-12-24 using OCL Semantic Search” (or something like that). This would be implemented as a plug-in and only available to a core testing group.

Results of the match will be displayed in Concept Results table as if they were search results.
