Whitescreen on Android 7.0 Devices

When loading the application an and Android 7 device, the startup screen will display, and the screen will go white. This appears to be an issue with Android API 25 and Below [https://stackoverflow.com/questions/52776006/ionic-white-screen-on-project-that-only-contains-sidemenu-template]? Multiple issues are logged in the ionic repo.
