unable to make an account (openmeridian)

i type in my information in the account creation website (https://openmeridian.org/create-account/) and its perpetually stuck in the loading screen

tried creating an account via the client patcher to no avail 

tried using firefox and chrome to no avail, the forums don't even go to anything so came here
