Reset to Defaults - MD380

MD380 with latest openrtx_md3x0_v0.4.3.bin loaded.

Reset to Defaults UI says: "To Reset: Press Enter twice" but none of the typical buttons acts as enter.

Also a documentation issue: none of this option is documented in the User Guide.

tl;dr is that Green Book acts as enter key for this radio. Hope this helps!

I did a quick test with a CS7000, and the reset works as expected. You need to power cycle the radio to load the new settings, though.
