⚠️ Issue:
Calculating the BPM manually.
🎯 Location:
/robot/vital_pulse_generator
/server/vital_pulse_analyzer
🦠 Symptoms:
- Not as precise as ROS built-in rate controllers.
- bpm and opm both are used within the two nodes; should unionize to one variable name.
🩺 Diagnosis:
- Change to use ROS built-in rate controllers.
- Change the variable name to all use opm. bpm should be obsolete.
