cordova.plugins.DocumentPreview is not working on Outsystem 11

I just installed this plugin and implementcordova.plugins.DocumentPreview.openDocument(filePath, fileMIMEType, previewDoc, successCallback, errorCallback) but nothing works, can you help me?
