Unable to Send Invoice between own participants using Production Peppol Certificate and Production SML

Hi ,
We have 2 Participants ,
0235:1000900101 and 0235:1000900100
we using Oxalis in Production Mode , with Peppol Production Certificate
We using Production SML
If we try to send an invoice between these 2 participants , it is failing with
Message failed : Combination of receiver (iso6523-actorid-upis::0235:1000900100) and document type identifier (peppol-doctype-wildcard::urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:schema:xsd:Invoice-2::Invoice##urn:peppol:pint:billing-1@ae-1*::2.1) is not supported.
Vice versa also.
But if we test with Peppol Testbed using Production Certificate for ASP test suite , we can able to receive the Invoice for these 2 Participants successfully.
Kindly help what are we missing ?
