sender Message use oxalis-ng-server or oxalis-ng-standalone.jar

Hi,

I alread run oxalis-ng-server and As4 is success,url is https://peppol.jcsk100.com/as4.
Now I need to send outbound messages; should I use the oxalis-ng-standalone.jar （java -jar oxalis-ng-standalone.jar -f TestFile_001__Invoice.xml -c cert_testap.cer） or send them on (https://peppol.jcsk100.com/as4).
How should I use https://peppol.jcsk100.com/as4 to send outbound messages.
