[Bug] Security Terminal Doesn't Work.

Describe the bug
Security Terminal doesn't protect blocks from destruction,
Commands to the block seems to process fine, and toggleParticle() works. Block protection and it's message don't.

In which environment did the Bug appear?
Online Forge server.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Configure and enable a Security Terminal

Expected behavior
For blocks to be protected

Minecraft:

• Mod Version: OpenComputers-MC1.12.2-1.7.5.192
• Minecraft Version: Minecraft 1.12.2
• Forge Version: Forge 14.23.5.2854

Additional context
I can't replicate this in a new single player world. However, running a copy of the server locally shows the same problem, and importing it as a local save has the same problem.
Seeing as I can't replicate it outside of this world, I can provide a copy of the affected server files for a dev to look at privately.

I am also having this issue, I've made sure that the security terminal is set up with a valid range and enabled, but nothing happens. This seems to be exclusive to servers running OpenSecurity.
