No Interactive outputs

In order to use the tools inside Continuous Integration platform.
It would be great to have the outputs print as simple output rather than the interactive print of termui.

It must be implement as flag --no-interactive.

$ cfdbg --profile demo --stack-name cfdbg-demo --no-interactive
