build.sbt to Publish artefacts to Maven Repository (PR31)

Expected behaviour:

build.sbt should include a goal which allows build artefacts to be published in local Maven Repository. PR

The option should be extended to deploy in Sonatype maven public repository

Actual behaviour:

using "sbt publish" we can publish artefacts to local repo. Developers will need to set environment variable M2_HOME pointing to local repository

Steps to reproduce behaviour:

Following lines need to be added to build.sbt

publishTo := Some(Resolver.file("file", new File(System.getenv("M2_REPO"))))
