Create a sample that shows how to evolve a system with encrypted messages

The sample should have 3-4 endpoints using `NServiceBus.Encryption.MessageProperty` and message properties encrypted by different versions of the Core (5 and 6).

Different keys used to encrypt and decrypt properties would also be good to cover (our current sample uses a single key).
