Entering an invalid port number results in Unrecoverable Connect to ServiceControl dialog:
Steps to reproduce
Enter an url with an invalid port number like:
http://localhost:454443/api
Observe that the dialog hangs.
Workaround
Kill the ServiceInsight process and restart.
