Banner with advertising on the page #257
Description
Every time I open a page, I see a banner asking me to star the project. I've had the star for a long time, actively monitor all the project repositories, and am immensely grateful, but the banner is annoying every time I open the page. Please make it appear less frequently, as before. Thank you.
