When I set the command to open another UI by clicking the text in BookGui, the other UI will be invalid

Yeah book uis have some issues. I would suggest you to use page change with offset targetting some non-existing page numbers, as that can be detected without reopening the ui.

In my case, I set a command to call SimpleGui gui = new XXX();gui.open(), and any click on the grid of ChestGUI is invalid.
