Add functionality for multiple-selection drop-down

Right now we can only select one crime / criminal / victim to add to each entity. In our database and product description we want to be able to add multiple victims and criminals to a crime. We can not do this as the thymeleaf frontend is now. This refactor is not necessary but would be good.
