Beginning of Chapter 5 is confusing

The first 4 screenshots at the beginning of this chapter don't match up with anything done up to this point in the walkthrough. The tileset doesn't look the same, and the layouts don't match up. They don't really fit with pic 5 either, the first shots have a north-south arranged set of stairs but the storage room in pic 5 has a different layout.

I looked through the rest of the walkthrough hoping to find pics of the relevant areas so I could work things out and move on. All I managed to learn is that I can wing it and there won't be anything likely to get in the way.
