The documentation for the "parse" method uses an example that doesn't work

The example uses the "nuclino" syntax for the input table, but the {nuclino => 1} is not used in the method call. The nuclino option is used in a test, but it's not documented.

I've been assigned Markdown::Table in the Pull Request Club. I'm willing to fix it either way: using a standard MD syntax in the documentation or documenting the "nuclino" option. Which way is preferred?
