Transfer ownership to ellie-commons, or add maintainer(s)?

@Philip-Scott Do you think it would be beneficial to transfer ownership to the ellie-commons organization?

I think @ryonakano can vouch for ellie-commons. For me, it immediately clicked what it was for, since I was already familiar with preservim and similar orgs. Or perhaps you'd be willing to simply add another maintainer to this existing repo, to review and merge PRs?

I do not thrill at the prospect of doing the Flatpak (re)packaging either, but I'm certainly capable of testing out the PRs that are in the queue and merging those.
