Refactor to a single `entry.html` for pages, posts, and drafts?

Currently it's split between an entry.html for posts + drafts, and a page.html for pages.

I'm still on the fence about this. Would simplify the templating, in terms of only dealing with one file, but I also like the separation of concerns re: having "entries" (posts and drafts) distinct from pages.
