Adding <!--hidden--> to title

I love what this plugin can do! I have noticed that when I add the <!--hidden--> tag to a title it works as intended.

However the slug and URL both have the words 'hidden' added. Is there a way to strip the hidden tag out of the URL?

Current URL:

/gallery/index/category/242-album-name_hidden_

Desired URL:

/gallery/index/category/242-album-name
