system volume popup isn't hidden when scrolling underlaying UIWebView

As you know I added NGVolumeControl like this in my Container View Controller:

In one tab of my UITabBarController there is a UIWebView, if I scroll it and open the NGVolumeControl as long as the UIWebView's ScrollView is scrolling all changes to system volume I make using NGVolumeControl causes the SystemVolumePopUp to appear. But in the moment it stops/finishes scrolling the SystemVolumePopUp disappears whether I continue changing the volume using NGVolumeControl or not.
