Handle non existing table and schema in php

Hey there,

just had a problem with your plugin.
I forgot to put the sql schema into the database.

My application ran like 400 times in a circle an crashed with an "memory exhausted" error.

Please throw an exception in case the needed table is not present.

Also it would be great if you could provide an php schema file for you plugin, so it could be installed on the fly via console tasks.

I promised to do one for @Robert-Love. Better never got around to it, and I'm not currently using the plugin.

Oh. I would love to, but I do not know how to do that.

I am currently in a very big project and have no time to do that, but I will put a sticky somewhere and learn to contribute ;)

Simplified steps:

1. First hit the fork button of this repository
2. Then you clone your fork, locally into your environment
3. Develop the schema, commit it then push it.
4. After you push, visit your fork and you should have a pull request button

That should get your started.
