Adapt deployment script for kovan staging #116
Description
Right now core's deployment script assumes there is already a PolyToken contract and simply uses that contract's address for transactions. Ideally we want to deploy a separate PolyToken and use that new address for staging.
We should write a different version of that script to adapt it to our needs (it shouldn't be complicated at all)
