Countdown placeholder + Permission-based cooldown

Hey, small suggestion here! It would be cool to have a live countdown placeholder for the cooldown so it can say how much time is left.

Also a permission-based cooldown would be nice for perks.

Hope this is the right place to suggest ideas :)

Hey there

The placeholder cooldown thing is nice in theory, but not possible unless I'd completely redo how cooldowns work in wondertrade.

As for permissions for perks and different cooldowns, I'll have a think about that, but not too sure at this time if I want to do that.
