[FEATURE] Current magnitude measurement #1283
Description
Current measurements are available in Power Grid Model and need both the current as well as the angle (local or global). Often only current magnitude measurements are present. It would be nice if we can add current magnitude measurements as well.
Using current without knowing the direction can be hard. This needs extensive research on how this can be applied in Power Grid Model.
Note: current magnitude measurements should not be included in the observability check - the grid should be observable without the current magnitude measurement
