PowerShell Gallery Search is Not Working

Prerequisites

• Write a descriptive title.
• Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
• Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

I try to search for packages at https://www.powershellgallery.com/ and I get an error directing me to this repo which doesn't mention anything about search being unavailable.

Expected behavior

Results returned for a search string.

Actual behavior
