Upgrade to QuadFusion #60

Information is still light on this. The upgrade doc looks like a work in progress though.
I cannot find links to the Printed parts needed, like the Quad Adapter mentioned. Where do the bearings come from?
I'm also assuming I need to order the Duet 2, breakout and wiring harnesses.
Do you have a complete list of parts and printed diagrams needed to upgrade to the Quad?
