[LDAP] Allow to select the default User values for "bypassHumanAuth" and "report"

Problem

Connectors could import emails that don't send human authentication and/or don't send reports to the users. Actually, report and bypassHumanAuth are both false by default.

Solution

Add two checkboxes to the LDAP connector form to allow the admin to choose if reports and human authentication bypass should be enabled. Reports should be enabled by default, but not human authentication bypass.
