Warn about aspect ratio/size on upload

Instead of my convoluted attempts to graphically show when images aren't the right size, set up detection and warning.

How are we even doing image uploads?

Right now, images are parsed into data uri by the browser doing the upload, then saved to the database. I can fetch the desired size, and compare it to the size of the image.
