Add passive events

Passive events involve no real user interaction and can take place across multiple smaller buildings. This could involve things like a church event on Sundays, or beach events on weekends.

I do not know if it's more complicated, but I think you should separate events and use more parking in a different mod. In fact that mod would be a classic by itself.
It's a simple suggestion, you know about this more.
