Linux runtime path

Instead of using the compiled in the same folder, the wrapper can pull in incorrect file versions.
This is originally patched in the Linux setup script, but when a new wrapper is uploaded this need to be re-patched.

Right now this is an issue with step export, resulting in a runtime mismatch and segfault.
