In addition to what they do in the video, You will have to disconnect and flush DI water through each of the lines with a syringe and then reconnect them. FYI I didn't listen to all of the voice content, I just made sure the show you how to take apart and replace all parts. Also you will need to clean the cuvette and replace the stirbar.

I purged all lines with DI water using a syringe. I disassembled the Trident and cleaned internal lines as well. I also cleaned the cuvette using a QTip and ethanol. I was able to connect the Trident to Apex and named it TRI_LZ to distinguish from other tridents. I primed the reagent A, B and C as well as the sample lines and scheduled the Trident to test four times a day.

I have completed the cleaning, priming and calibration for both tridents.

The first trident calibrated successfully, but failed Test A. The second trident cannot be successfully calibrated because it fails to uptake a water sample.

I called Neptune for troubleshooting and they simply gave me the advice listed in the video linked above.
