Total Alkalinity Script: "at" function not recognized in most recent versions of seacarb

Seacarb package version 3.3.1 does not recognize the function "at" which is used in one of our equations. To run this script, install an older version of seacarb -- be sure to use the same version of seacarb for all of your data analysis within one project.

On 20220822, I checked the version of seacarb used on the PPP shared computer and recorded it as 3.2.1. Upon installing seacarb from CRAN, I updated the version to 3.3.1 in which seacarb did not recognize the "at" function. I used the CRAN archive (https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/) to find the archive for the package (https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/seacarb/). Version 3.2.1 is not listed on the archive page. I installed version 3.2.2 and this version did NOT recognize the "at" function. Version 3.2 did recognize the "at" function and remains installed on the PPP shared computer.

@laurenzane @emmastrand Please detail further what the at function is and list the line of our code and full code link. Is there a different function we can use to work across multiple seacarb versions which is a better fix then staying with an old version
