Text Commands

[p]plmigrate <confirm>
- Migrate all supported data from Red's Audio to PyLav.
- <confirm> must be 1 or true to confirm the migration.
- Please note that this will replace any conflicting data already in PyLav.
- Once you complete the migration unload this cog and uninstall it as you will not need it again.
