Configuration panel UI styling/layout issue

To Reproduce

Run `docker compose up -d` or `make dev`
Open http://localhost:3000 (or 5173 for dev server)
Navigate to the Configuration panel
Observe the UI styling issue

1. Go to 'Optimization Control'
2. Configuration Section
3. GEPA Preset
4. Notice buttons

Expected behavior
Consistent UI buttons
