Feature request: add forward/ backward jump support

Please add forward and backward jump support to control media while another app is active. That is helpful when transcribing a video, for instance.

I came here to request this exact feature. Fast forward and rewind would be amazing. If we can set the fast forward and rewind to a customizable number of seconds (-10s, +5s) that would be great. Then we can also use StreamDeck+ dials.
