Fix `ci_cvap_full()` references.

The function ci_cvap_full() is now called rpv_normalize() and exists in the eiExpand package.

At a minimum we should refer to the correct function name and say its in eiExpand in the rpv_toDF() documentation. The documentation here is incorrect.

Alternatively should we move rpv_normalize() to this package? Then also update documentation.

@lorenc5 which option do you prefer? I think moving over so they are all in this package is cleaner for the flow of functionality.

I'd prefer also moving that to eiCompare since it is about RPV directly and not post-estimation, per se with graphics etc.
