Output Individuals with individual variability in SMS: distinguish between goalType

The output function for individual output does not distinguish between GoalType 0 and 2; it always adds GB, AlphaDB and BetaDB even if it is not applicable with the setting GoalType = 0.

I will change this at a later point.

Functions to be adapted: Population::outIndsHeaders() and Population::outIndividual()
