Packet communication is unstable #2

What issues it is facing right now:

  • Player can be suddenly dropped from multiplayer to the main menu (mostly triggered when he's in long public game session)
  • RDV server may softlock and won't accept packets from newly connecting players to it (could be a packet ID/order issue)

Packet engine (QPacketHandlerPRUDP) can be improved in some ways as some things still hasn't been figured out and probably cause these issues.
