Deprecation Warnings

Summary

These are probably more against Expo / React Native or the current state of ReactVision, but logging here to keep track of questions

Currently after running npm install, there are a fair amount of deprecation warnings for the solution, namely:

npm warn deprecated inflight@1.0.6: This module is not supported, and leaks memory. Do not use it. Check out lru-cache if you want a good and tested way to coalesce async requests by a key value, which is much more comprehensive and powerful.
npm warn deprecated @babel/plugin-proposal-class-properties@7.18.6: This proposal has been merged to the ECMAScript standard and thus this plugin is no longer maintained. Please use @babel/plugin-transform-class-properties instead.
npm warn deprecated @babel/plugin-proposal-nullish-coalescing-operator@7.18.6: This proposal has been merged to the ECMAScript standard and thus this plugin is no longer maintained. Please use @babel/plugin-transform-nullish-coalescing-operator instead.

Can we get a position on these in relation to ReactVision ?

Upon investigation, it appears that these warnings are primarily a result of the React Native/Expo ecosystem still using older versions of common build tools. It's not directly related to anything specific within the starter kit project or viro-react

Something to keep a note of in the ReadMe and docs, so that they are expected and safe to ignore.

Likely will change as React itself evolves. Although frustrating they haven't sorted it already, no one like deprecation warnings
