Limiter allows going over the limit #9
Description
When pasting text into a redactor that has the limiter plugin it will allow the paste if the user right clicks and choose "paste" rather than doing ctrl-V
I don't know which version of Redactor it is, it's loaded through the Redactor plugin of Craft CMS : https://github.com/craftcms/redactor
The latest entry in the changelog shows Redactor 3.5.2.
