PHPStan Migration Rules

I recently created https://github.com/Bellangelo/phpstan-migration-rules which provides some rules around the Laravel's migration files. I think it would fit this project quite nicely.

I would love to hear your feedback on the rules even if you don't use them at the end.

Thanks for sharing! It looks like a well thought out package. At the moment, we're not looking to add more PHPStan rules to our stack. Best of luck with the project!
