Select Rarest Softcore Achievements for Softcore Players during Year in Review Emails

I got my year in review email today - my softcore stats far outweigh my hardcore stats and the email expresses that accordingly, but for the "rarest achievement earned" and "rarest subset achievement earned", it picked achievements with unlock rates of 12.35% and 10.14% respectively, since it was pulling from just the 17 hardcore points I earned rather than the 3000+ softcore achievements I unlocked.

If possible, it'd be nice to have the emails look at the softcore achievements as well when it shows your rarest achievements. Thanks!
