Editing Game Details causes false RP change to appear in Legacy Audit Comments

Describe the bug
When editing the Title, Developer, Publisher, and probably other fields in a game's management page, a false RP change will appear in the Legacy Audit Comments.

This only seems to happen the first time an edit is made. It appeared when I edited this game's title 6 days ago, but it didn't reappear when I tried editing the title again today.

On this page, it appeared after editing the Developer field. I then edited the Publisher field and it didn't reappear.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a game management page that hasn't had its details edited recently(?)
2. Edit the Title, Developer, Publisher, or probably other fields in this area
3. Click the Audit Log, then the Legacy Audit Comments
4. See if an RP change is recorded

Expected behavior
An RP message doesn't appear unless there is an actual change to it (or possibly never if these audit comments aren't supposed to be used anymore).
