IDA 7.7 crashes when loading some libraries.

I have no been able to figure out why, but this issue was happening to me for months. I finally isolated the crash to this plugin.
Example file is WDK signtool.exe C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\bin\10.0.22621.0\x64\signtool.exe

IDA loads and when autoanalysis is triggered, it crashes.

Wish i could help you but, in 7.7 the pluggin simply doesn't show up, i mean i put classy_plugin.py in plugins directory and nothing.
EDIT: my bad, i made a mistake when downloading it, i just rmb the .py link and choose save when in fact i should have dowloaded the actual code.
