Display number of error log files in the folder

Implement a second Helper Loop (Metronome Loop) that executes at the very beginning (when module starts), and then once every minute.
                - This loop will display the number of files in the Error Log folder.
                - Display using a System-style numeric indicator on the Error Manager Main GUI
